Arlington Texas Benefit From Billion Dollar Dallas Cowboy Stadium
The city of Arlington Texas has a 1.1 billion dollar stadium parked in
Their backyard this will move the business and the money that was once
Irving’s economic vehicle. How does Arlington benefit? From a regional
Standpoint the new stadium will be one of the most accessible venues
Ever planned. The Arlington Entertainment District which includes Texas Rangers
Ballpark Stadium, Hurricane Harbor, and Six Flag Over Texas is the beneficiary
Of $270 million in improvements to the area highways that will directly
Benefit the new stadium. This infrastructure investment will provide
New and improved access to the venue from three exits off of I-30
And upgrade the interchange at Hwy 360 and Division. The Dallas
Cowboys' new stadium in Arlington will host the 2010 NBA All-Star Game
And the 2011 Super Bowl, and the 2014 NCAA Final Four. Hopefully the
University of Texas Arlington will be there. The people of Arlington TX
Had mixed emotions about this deal and for good reason taxes will be
Raised and don’t forget the extra traffic.
